Overnight Pizza Dough, Bread Machine Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups + 2 TBS Bread Flour

1 TSP Salt

2 ¼ TSP yeast

2 TSP Sugar

¾ cup milk

2 TSP vinegar

2 tsp oil

Directions:

Using Raw Dough Cycle run through 2 times with a 10 minute rest in between

Be sure to add enough liquid to make a wet sticky dough. Add additional water if needed a couple of tablespoons at a time.

Place in an oiled bowl overnight sealed tightly

Up to 24 hours later remove from the refrigerator and allow to come to room temp (approx 2 hours)

Shape into 1 or 2 balls, depending on how many pizza you want to make

Allow to rise(double)

Then make into your pizza crust.

This dough will make one thick crusted pizza or 2 thin crust pizzas (12-16 inches)
