Basic White Sandwich Bread (Beginner Bread Machine Recipe)

Ingredients: 

1  cup water

⅓ cup milk

2 ½  tablespoons oil

1 ½ teaspoon salt

2 ¼ teaspoon yeast

2 ½  tablespoons sugar

3 cups bread flour

Choose

Place wet ingredients in first then put the flour in the pan and add the salt, yeast, sugar in separate corners.

2 lb. loaf size

Medium crust

This is a great beginner recipe to use in your bread machine. It is easy and make a delicious soft sandwich bread. Remove from pan in 3 to 5 minutes and place on a wire rack. Let bread cool completely before slicing.

Store in an air tight container (I like to use a 2 1/2 gallon zip lock bag), remove as much air as possible because air is what makes the bread go stale faster. Store in freezer for long term storage (up to 3 months) and on the counter for up to 5 days or until bread is stale. (The humidity and temperature play a big role in how long it will keep)

Makes great sandwiches, and toast!
