1 Hour Pizza Dough Recipe

Bread Machine Pizza Dough in 1 hour

Full recipeHalf recipe 
4 cups bread flour (687-700 grams)
1 tablespoon yeast (12 grams)
2 cups of water
1 ½ teaspoons salt (14 grams)
2 cups bread flour (340-350 grams)
2 ½  teaspoon yeast (6 grams)
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon salt (5 to 7 grams)

Use raw dough cycle on the bread machine

Add water 1 tablespoon at a time if needed to make a good wet dough ball (not sloppy)

Mix for about 5 minutes and then let it rest for 10

Mix again for about 10-15 minutes

Let rise for 20 to 30 minutes or until doubled in size

Shape into pizza dough balls (this makes 4 thick crust personal size pizza crust (I used cake round pans)

Let rest for about 10 minutes

Spread, stretch, and shape into crusts size

Par bake 5-7 minutes at 425 fahrenheit 

Then you can freeze for later use (sealed in freezer bag) or Use right away – top and bake
